Overview

Cairo is the city of dreams. It is everything that one would want and expect of such an ancient city. It has one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world as well as vibrancy, color, stunning architecture, labyrinths of narrow, bustling streets, quiet corners where people drink tea and smoke the water pipes watching the world go by and the ever-buzzing bazaars where you will be swept up in the moment.

Day 1 Tuesday: Cairo (D)

  • Arrive at Cairo Airport where our representative will meet and assist.
  • Transferred to your selected Hotel for a free evening.
  • Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 2 Wednesday: Cairo (B.L.D)

  • Buffet breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Full Day tour to visit the Pyramids & the Sphinx and Sakkara including Solar Boat (lunch included during the tour).

Giza: Early morning begin your trip by visiting one of the Seven Ancient Wonders of the World. The great pyramid of Khufu, Giza plateau which includes the pyramids of Chephren, and Mycarneus, and of course the Sphinx, guardian of the plateau.

Sakara: After Giza you will visit the first stone structure in ancient Egypt, the pyramid of King Djoser. You will also have time to visit some tombs of the old kingdom, for example the tombs of Nefer, Irukaptha, and Khenu.

Memphis: In Memphis you will see the sphinx that represents Amenphis II that once stood at the entrance to the temple of Ptah. The Colossi statue of Ramses II, which earthquakes have crumbled to the ground, was made from one solid block of limestone that Crystallized over time.

Evening a private Dinner and exclusive set up on the terrace of Montgomery Suite overlooking The Pyramids at Mena House Oberio Cairo exclusive for the group:

  • Establishment: banquet
  • Tables of 8 persons, white tablecloths, chandeliers and flowers in the table.
  • The chairs are covered with white covers.
  • Servers dressed in black and white classic.
  • Dinner: starter, dish and dessert.
  • Classical Entertainment during dinner (Trio or Quartet)
  • Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 3 Thursday: Cairo (B.L.D)

  • Buffet breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Full day tour at The Egyptian Museum, Citadel, and Mohamed Ali Mosque & Bazaars

Start tour early morning at 8.00 am, visiting Egyptian Museum explore all ancient monuments. “The Egyptian Museum is one of the world's greatest Museums. It allows the visitor to become acquainted with the Antiquities of Egypt's Pharaonic period. Artifacts and Monuments on display date back some 50 Centuries before our time. It was built during the reign of Khedive Abbass Helmi II in 1897; it has 107 halls divided into seven sections, each section devoted to one era in Egypt's history, you will be transferred by A/C bus to Egyptian Museum. Then the tour counties to Saladin Citadel then Mohamed Ali mosque, which was built in the Ottoman style

  • A private lunch on board of Felucca at the Nile River Lunch on board of Felucca sailing on the Nile for approx. 1.00 hr.
  • Each felucca will accommodate 8-10 pax joined by one waiter on each one to serve Lunch.
  • Lunch will be catered by 5* Hotel and served on board.
  • We could also hang Flags with the company logo to the sail of the boat it will give nice scene.
  • Lunch will consist of (Appetizer + Hot Main Dish + Dessert + Coffee or Tea)
  • Later evening you will have a walk thru the Khan el Khalili, the biggest bazaar in Egypt and enjoy sitting in one of the many coffee shops to soak up the atmosphere.
  • Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 4 Friday: Cairo/Luxor (B.L.D)

  • Buffet breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Transfer to airport for your domestic flight to Luxor, meet and assists transferred to overnight at Hotel in Luxor.

Day 5 Saturday: Luxor (B.L.D)

  • Balloon Trip over Luxor
  • Depart early morning from the Hotel for a Balloon trip you will be picked up from the Hotel to the west bank, snacks, tea and coffee to be served. Embark on the Balloon over the west bank of Luxor. Duration of the flight will be a minimum of 35 minutes (weather permitting). No special clothing is required but flat shoes are recommended. Each passenger is covered by our full passenger insurance. Fully qualified pilot and crew.
  • Then you will be transferred to Esna at noontime, check in . Start sailing to the first destination (El Hegez Island) around 4 or 5 hours sailing guest will have their lunch.
  • El Hegez Island is a small island which is located in the north of Edfu & there we will spend our first night.

Day 6 Sunday: (B.L.D)

  • Early morning sail to El Kab , after breakfast clients will visit by foot ( 20 minutes walking) the tombs of el kab. Return to the Dahabieh and continue sailing to Edfu around 3 hours  & visit Edfu- temple, then you will continue sailing from Edfu to (El Fuaza island) which takes around 1 hour sailing, there we are going to spend our second night.

Day 7 Monday: (B.L.D)

  • After breakfast, Sailing from El Fuza for around 6 hours  continue sailing to Gebel el Selsela and there we will have our third night.

Day 8 Tuesday: (B.L.D)

  • Visit the Temple of El Silsela Mountain; then sailing from the temple to Meneha Island it takes from 4 to 5 hours. Overnight in Meneha

Day 9 Wednesday: (B.L.D)

  • Sailing from Meneha to Kom ombo for around 1.30 hour. Visit the temple and continue Sailing from Kom ombo to Daraw for about 1 to 2 hours .continue sailing from Daraw to Kopania around 5 hours ,there we will  enjoy our last  night with farewell dinner .

Day 10 Thursday: (B)

  • Early morning sailing from Kopania to Aswan, around 3 hours, breakfast and disembarkation will be around 10:00 a.m in Aswan to be transferred for your flight back Cairo to be connected for your departure flight back or you have the option to overnight in Cairo Hotel for 1 night more and departe on Friday.

Optional Dinner at Amira Island:

  • The Island is set up with oriental carpets, low tables & chairs.
  • Oriental and Egyptian dishes to be served on table.
  • Entertainment: Folkloric show and whirling Derwish (Tanura dance).
  • Guests are transported by motor boats to Amira Island. Arrive to the area where the event takes place.
  • Upon arrival, welcome drink will be served to the Clients. Galabiyas (local dress) will be offered to each guest to wear throughout the evening and will keep it as a souvenir.
  • Dinner will be served as an Oriental Buffet dinner.
